IN/SF: Whudafxup?

Okay, so every once in a while around SF, you'll hear us talk about IN, or the IN/SF shuffle, et al. So what is IN? IN was Intempesta Nox, a canon-based MWPP game set in 1979 that started in December 2005, and several of the muns created their characters for this game. However, after a few months, the game sort of died, and shortly thereafter (as in nine days before IN was officially closed) SF was created and set three years after IN. Now, while these are two separate games, most of us have a tendency to consider the two of them the same game, and occasionally get them mixed up.

Gemma Black & Amycus Carrows' internal bitchery  

So here's how it goes: Amy's been working for Voldemort for a while, trying to figure out how to best raise Inferi. When he was still a sad little n00b he didn't know how to control them, so he managed to mash together a pensieve-style charm that connected subconsciouses - this wasn't too good of an idea, though, because once those subconsciousnesses (big word!) didn't go away and Amy eventually found himself with a Rogue-style whack of voices going on in his head.

Gemma's specialty with the DoM is talking to the dead; she was brought on board to sort out Amy's incredible mess, but not before she managed to link herself to him. Through this a sort of mental relationship between them was formed - essentially, they can talk to each other telepathically.

The Wags Loophole

As explained by 15-yr-old Kirley...

No matter wear Kirls goes, if Wags wants to be their, he will be. Espeshully if its inconveenyent for Kirls. Their is no logic. If Wags wants to be som-where and Kirls says "no" than Wags will still be their. Like in his trunk of somthin. Even tho Wags doesnt now how to apperate or anything like that. So dont try to figgur it out.

The Welsh Theory

Welsh only get killed by guys with the same or more amount of Welshiness. So Kirls can only be killed by a guy who's least half welsh like, and only other completely welsh guys can kill some guy whos completely welsh. Welsh dudes can die, yeah, but it's like harder, and it'd probably be from somthing they did. like drinking or shooting them in the head. also, if your only half or less welsh, you can die easyer, but it's harder to kill yourself because welsh never wanna die and so it's the scottish or english or what ever trying to kill the welsh. Which we allready said isnt possibel.

The motto of the country of Wales is "Cymru am byth", or "Wales forever," and the infamous Wizard Merlin, more correctly known as Myrddin Wyllt, was a (somewhat mad) Welsh Wizard and prophet. While crafting a spell, Merlin used a variant of the Welsh motto. The effect of the spell gave all Welsh wizards, and their descendents, a notable resiliance and longevity.

DSPWW

Dangerously Skinny and Paranoid Witches and Wizards, an organisation for unhealthily skinny and paranoid people. Basically Kirley, Amycus, Gemma, Lucas, and Midge yelling at each other about how much weight they've gained/lost and Kirley kicking people out because they got fat.

Jones Soda Company

Midge and Burton Jones, of Parasiiti, decided early in 1982 to create their own soda company creating their own flavours of soda because Midge was complaining that the existing companies didn't add enough sugar. Tired of adding his own five sugar cubes to each drink, he started mixing flavours and soda water togehter. The first batch was a complete failure. Somehow Midge had added more bleach than anything else and though it was recieved warmly by his twin brother, the two felt it necessary to change the ingredients to something that most everyone else can drink without death. Soon, Jones Soda Company was able to produce a simple mix of Cream Soda and Blue Bubble Gum soda. These two flavours were the first and the main lineup was soon formed. Each flavour can vary as Midge and Burton create new flavours nearly weekly and most of these are tested on Fry and Vil before put into production. The labels are quite simple, usually just photos of their band mates or other things they find interesting. The most recent addiction to the line up is Love Potion Number 6., a Valentine's Day promotion that lasted until May. The heavy strawberry flavour with just a hit of chocolate tends to make this a creators' favourite. Just beware of the Turkey and Gravy flavour.

UPWARS

Undervalued Persons Who Are Really Smart, more popularly known as UPWARS, is committed to bolstering the self-esteem of those who are sorely and unfairly underestimated by their fellow Order members/Death Eaters/peers/etc. Membership is by invitation only and currently stands at a grand total of three: co-founders Walden Macnair and Charlotte Fenwick, and Jebediah "Rocko" Cohen. Peter Pettigrew was deemed unworthy of admittance. Activities include making and wearing special badges, supporting each other's flights of fancy and/or delusions of grandeur, and going on field trips to the movies.

Border Parties

A border party is an incredibly secretive party that takes place around any border crossing between two Soviet states. The parties are constantly on the move, to avoid detection, and are known only by word-of-mouth, to avoid suspicion. As well as finding the party, to gain entrance one must also make sure their mode of transportation is entirely concealed. The parties are basically illegal raves that bounce between at least three different locations per night. The Jones twins frequented ones on the Lithuanian-Belarusian borders in their youths, and took Liz to one during their visit home.

Grey Kid and Daniel Stessen

These two own a part of the entire Wizarding London night club business. Along with the China Club, Something Amazaing, Blood Orchid, The Booty Chest, a piece of Victorian Corsetry, and the East India Company, Grey Kid also has branched out on his own collecting Diabooks and Magical Climax. Little is known about these two other than the fact that Grey Kid has kept his personal apperances to nothing, he refuses to speak to anyone personally only sending a employee to any sort of meeting. Though it is rumoured that Regulus Black is the face behind Grey Kid and Daniel Stessen is Regulus's long time friend of Stephen McEntire. These two have been buying companies as quick as they come on the market leaving little discussion on what to do with the business once it is bought.
